Strong Foundation

Your feet are the very foundation of your body. Unfortunately, foot problems such as plantar fasciitis are extremely common and becoming more and more pervasive. This course is designed to help you gain a strong foundation of movement by strengthening your feet.

Movement Lifestyle
Many of the things that make us weaker are cultural or lifestyle habits that we don't really think about at all. This course will help you make simple but effective changes to your every day habits that will stop making you weaker and get you on course to get stronger.
Environmental Locomotion
Once you have established the basics of natural movement and have more mobility, you can learn how to move through the environment. This course will give you technical skills for moving more efficiently through a variety of natural environments. Some examples include running, jumping, vaulting, climbing, crawling, etc.
